On the Spot Creative Problem Solving:
Longer Description: Okay, your supplier is late, your production team hasn’t reached consensus and your client has arrived early. Or, your department has just been merged with another and now you are expected to have your mega project done two weeks ahead of schedule. Or you are being attacked by a helicopter and all you have is a fan, a dough-scraper and some duct tape.
Okay, that last one was an episode of MacGyver, but in the workplace the ability to improvise solutions to problems is a highly prized one.
This fun and interactive workshop puts participants through a variety of problem solving exercises that go way beyond what they would likely encounter in the workplace. As new skills are mastered, people learn how to awaken and re-invent how they view problems and discover new paths towards solutions and innovations.
To accept the situation is not enough, improvisation teaches you how to build and improve on it, on the spot!
Workshop/seminar length: 1 hour, 4 hour or all day session.
Group size: 10 average – larger groups require extra instructors.
