Diversity for better Team Building & Effectiveness

Turning Friction to Flow:

Longer description: Conflict is inevitable and what is most common when we are in the midst of it is to do more of what hasn’t been working for us. Taking the inevitable friction and transforming it to flow is the result of learning more tools to add to your kit. These tools include communication skills, the sources, types, and views of conflict, your own conflict resolution style, the difference between positions, issues and interests, and the art of asking questions (not of answering them). Through experiential activities and continuous practise, application, and reflection you’ll feel more competent and confident in dealing with conflict. You’ll not only be able to go with the flow but you’ll improve the flow around you.
